The Platform is owned and managed by Solution Herb, managed by MOHAMMAD RAEES, having its registered address at C3-206, Panchsheel Green 2, Ajnara Chowk Block C3, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201307, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your use of the Platform, its services, and tools are governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”). By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use constitute your binding obligations with us.

We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) as per availability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
